You will feel like you are walking on a cloud after this therapeutic treatment for your feet. Sit back and relax as your nails are nicely shaped, cuticles are tidied, a peppermint exfoliant scrub is applied onto the feet removing any dead skin cells. Hard skin is removed with a professional rasp and finished off with a leg and foot massage. Followed by a coloured paint of your choice.

A powerful Ayurvedic Therapy to relieve stress and restore calmness of the body and mind. Warm oil is poured in a constant gentle stream over the forehead. Especially on the 'third eye', continuous along the crown of the head, saturating the hair and scalp to provide complete relaxation. The benefits of this treatment are, improves insomnia, anxiety, depression, fatigue and chronic headaches.
MICRODERMABRASION
Microdermabrasion is a professional skin treatment that provides gentle exfoliation to remove dead skin cells and encourage cell turnover. We tailor each step during your treatment to target your individual skin concerns. At your complimentary consultation, we will create a treatment plan and advise what is best suited to achieving your skin goals.
Microdermabrasion targets the epidermis which is made up of dead skin cells and is the layer of skin closest to the surface. By buffing away the uppermost layer, we break down the barrier that often prevents your current skincare products from properly absorbing into the lower dermis.
The skin’s upper layer is also home to blemishes, fine lines, and wrinkles so our Microdermabrasion works to rejuvenate and alleviate the visible signs of congestion. With no down-time, Microdermabrasion is a perfect lunch-time treatment, leaving your skin looking and feeling its best.
